For our partner from the Czech Academy of Sciences (CAS), we performed a pharmacokinetic study with an experimental drug with antibiotic activity, which included the determination of the pharmacokinetic profile and biodistribution of the drug in plasma and selected matrices after oral administration of the substance to rats. We also tested acute toxicity of this drug after oral administration to rats. The drug has a commercialization perspective.
